Choosing tools, writing a policy, working out what to charge, or getting people to actually use what you bought — describe it and we will tell you plainly what we think.
Every inquiry is read by a person. If something is time-sensitive — a client asking about your AI use, an outside counsel guideline you have just been sent, a filing deadline where AI-assisted work is involved — say so and it moves to the front of the queue.
Four fields are required: your name, an address we can reply to, and what you are working through. The rest helps us respond usefully the first time.
Thank you — your message is with the team and someone will respond, usually within one business day. If something is urgent, the fastest route is the Concierge in the corner of this page.
Read your outside counsel guidelines first. A great many firms are debating an internal AI position while already bound by client documents that address AI use, permitted tools, disclosure and confidentiality — sometimes with terms stricter than anything the firm was contemplating. The audit usually takes a week and frequently settles the debate.
